Please note what the Club can and can’t do to support your efforts:

The Club can (and would be happy to!):

Help you activate your online fundraising page
Give you support and tips on organizing your fundraiser
Provide you with free official promotional materials (posters, donation boxes, etc.)
Authorize the use of the Club’s name, logo and visuals (NB: all promotional items that incorporate these elements must be approved by your fundraising advisor prior to use)
Issue tax receipts.

The Club cannot :

Advance funds to cover expenses related to the event
Provide you with donor lists
Promote your fundraiser
Find volunteers for your event
Apply for permits or licences (e.g., RACJ permits) on your behalf
Put you in touch with the Club’s VIP contacts (entertainment/sports celebrities, etc.)
Supply items for auctions or draws.

Please note that door-to-door canvassing on behalf of the Club is prohibited.
